Dr. Muhammed Siraj is a cybersecurity specialist and academic with 15 years of experience, serving as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Informatics and Director of Graduate and Continuous Education at Academic City University in Accra. He holds a PhD in Security in Computing from Universiti Putra Malaysia, where his research focused on blockchain security, an MSc in Information and Communication Technology from Aalborg University in Denmark, and a degree from the University of Ghana. He is a licensed independent assessor with Ghana's Cyber Security Authority, holds leadership roles in national cybersecurity and privacy professional bodies, and is certified as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) and Certified Data Protection Supervisor (CDPS). Before joining Academic City, he served as Acting Director of ICT and Data Protection Supervisor at Wisconsin International University College. His expertise spans penetration testing, digital forensics, incident response, malware analysis, cryptography, cloud and IoT security, zero trust architecture, cyber threat intelligence, data protection, and governance, risk and compliance.
Dr. Siraj's research interests cover blockchain, cybersecurity, distributed computing, consensus protocols and machine learning, with published work on blockchain consensus security, smart-contract privacy preservation for sensitive records in the cloud, and new consensus mechanisms. This background gives him a distinctive perspective on artificial intelligence: as organisations adopt AI tools, agents and data-driven automation, he helps learners understand how to protect the data these systems depend on, recognise new attack surfaces, and put sound governance, privacy and access controls in place so that AI can be used safely and responsibly. In the classroom he connects technical practice with regulation, privacy and human factors, drawing on real-world security and data-protection cases to show how concepts apply in professional settings, and his experiential, hands-on teaching style has made him a trusted trainer for students and working professionals alike.
Instagram rewards brands that publish striking visuals often and reply quickly, and Dr. Alfred Ang has built much of the machinery that makes that pace sustainable. Dr. Ang is a full-stack AI developer, Agentic AI solution architect and corporate trainer, and the CTO of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd in Singapore, the training organisation behind Tertiary Courses, designing intelligent agents and business systems end-to-end across front end, back end, databases, cloud deployment and native mobile apps. More than 300 public repositories on GitHub document the work. On the content side, Dr. Ang built a social media publishing platform that posts video, photos and text to 22 networks, Instagram and TikTok among them, through one API call with scheduling, queues and analytics. A video-creation tool turns any topic into a narrated video with an AI-written script and animated scenes in short-form formats, while an automated pipeline researches, scripts, renders and publishes explainer videos on request. A logo maker generates brand options with Gemini or OpenAI image models, and a lip-sync demo turns a portrait and a script into a talking avatar. On the engagement side, Dr. Ang has built a digital-human service with a cloned voice trained on a brand's own content, customer-service chatbots on n8n backed by retrieval over course brochures, and lead-magnet websites with WhatsApp chat widgets and enquiry capture. Together these cover the creation, distribution and conversation stages that an Instagram strategy depends on, from the first draft of a caption to the follow-up message that turns a follower into an enquiry.
This course assembles those stages into a working Instagram system. The foundations topic explains AI agents and agentic workflows, surveys agentic AI tools for marketing, sets up an Instagram business account ready for automation, and covers effective prompting for marketing content and mapping the customer journey with AI. Content creation follows: generating posts, captions and hashtags, developing AI images and reels ideas, building a content calendar agent, automating scheduling and publishing, and keeping a consistent brand voice and style. The engagement topic introduces AI agents for comments and direct messages, lead capture and follow-up automation, personalised responses with clear escalation rules, and managing reviews and user-generated content, together with privacy, copyright and responsible AI considerations. The final topic analyses Instagram Insights with AI, produces automated performance reports and dashboards, supports AI-assisted ads campaigns, optimises audience, budget and creative, and sets up retargeting and continuous improvement loops. Dr. Ang demonstrates each workflow live and explains where automation helps and where a human reply builds more trust, drawing on the chatbot guardrails and escalation paths in past projects. Small businesses, marketers and social media managers alike will find the workflows realistic to maintain week after week. Learners work on their own brand or a realistic case throughout, so they leave with a content calendar, a set of reusable prompts and agent workflows for publishing, engagement and reporting.
