What's This Course About

This course equips participants with practical skills to use Generative AI for script development, storytelling, storyboarding, and multimedia content creation. Learners will explore how AI can support the creative process from initial concept development to the production of complete, engaging narratives for media, advertising, education, entertainment, and digital platforms.

Participants will apply storytelling principles to develop themes, plots, narrative structures, characters, dialogue, settings, and fictional worlds. They will use Generative AI to explore creative directions, overcome idea blocks, develop alternative storylines, and adapt scripts for different audiences, formats, tones, and communication objectives.

The course also covers script evaluation and refinement. Learners will review AI-generated content for clarity, originality, pacing, emotional impact, character consistency, and narrative coherence. They will translate scripts into visual storyboards by planning scenes, camera angles, shot sequences, transitions, dialogue, voiceovers, and supporting visual elements.

Through practical projects, participants will integrate scripts, images, audio, voiceovers, and AI-generated video elements into cohesive storytelling presentations. Emphasis is placed on maintaining human creative direction and addressing responsible content creation issues such as factual accuracy, bias, cultural sensitivity, plagiarism, copyright, and appropriate disclosure of AI-generated materials.

By the end of the course, learners will be able to use Generative AI to develop, refine, visualise, and present compelling stories while improving creative productivity and maintaining professional and ethical standards. This course is suitable for beginner and intermediate learners with an interest in writing, content creation, or digital media.

Dr. Muhammed Siraj is a cybersecurity specialist and academic with 15 years of experience, serving as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Informatics and Director of Graduate and Continuous Education at Academic City University in Accra. He holds a PhD in Security in Computing from Universiti Putra Malaysia, where his research focused on blockchain security, an MSc in Information and Communication Technology from Aalborg University in Denmark, and a degree from the University of Ghana. He is a licensed independent assessor with Ghana's Cyber Security Authority, holds leadership roles in national cybersecurity and privacy professional bodies, and is certified as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) and Certified Data Protection Supervisor (CDPS). Before joining Academic City, he served as Acting Director of ICT and Data Protection Supervisor at Wisconsin International University College. His expertise spans penetration testing, digital forensics, incident response, malware analysis, cryptography, cloud and IoT security, zero trust architecture, cyber threat intelligence, data protection, and governance, risk and compliance.

Dr. Siraj's research interests cover blockchain, cybersecurity, distributed computing, consensus protocols and machine learning, with published work on blockchain consensus security, smart-contract privacy preservation for sensitive records in the cloud, and new consensus mechanisms. This background gives him a distinctive perspective on artificial intelligence: as organisations adopt AI tools, agents and data-driven automation, he helps learners understand how to protect the data these systems depend on, recognise new attack surfaces, and put sound governance, privacy and access controls in place so that AI can be used safely and responsibly. In the classroom he connects technical practice with regulation, privacy and human factors, drawing on real-world security and data-protection cases to show how concepts apply in professional settings, and his experiential, hands-on teaching style has made him a trusted trainer for students and working professionals alike.

Designing production systems around Claude is the core of Dr. Alfred Ang's daily work, which makes this architect-level certification a natural fit. Dr. Ang is CTO of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd in Singapore, the training organisation behind Tertiary Courses, and a full-stack AI developer, Agentic AI solution architect and corporate trainer who builds intelligent agents and business solutions end to end, from front end and back end to databases, cloud deployment and native mobile apps. The public portfolio at github.com/alfredang, with more than 300 repositories, includes several Claude-based systems running in production. Two AI-powered content management systems built on Next.js and the Claude Agent SDK generate content, run a weekly auto-blog scheduler and operate self-improving lead-generation chatbots. Claude-powered generators turn short briefs into structured courseware and proposals, a tutor marketplace uses a ten-minute Claude AI interview to vet applicants, and a digital business card platform with a built-in CRM is built on Claude. Dr. Ang also publishes reusable Claude Code skills and maintains a course-registration LMS for Singapore, Malaysia and Ghana with authenticated APIs designed for agents. Beyond Claude, the portfolio includes retrieval-augmented chatbots on several vector databases, an HR portal whose chatbot is wrapped in input and output guardrails with human-in-the-loop approval, and n8n agents for forecasting and analysis. That breadth gives Dr. Ang first-hand experience of the trade-offs this exam tests: architecture choices, cost, latency, security and governance.

This course uses those real systems to prepare learners for the CCAR-P exam domains. Solution design and architecture comes first: translating business problems into Claude-based solutions, designing end-to-end architectures with feedback loops, choosing between workflow, agentic and augmented-LLM patterns, and orchestrating multi-agent systems. Dr. Ang then covers model selection and prompting, including system prompts, templates and guardrails, few-shot and chain-of-thought techniques, context window management, prompt caching and modular Skills. The integration domain addresses RAG pipeline design, choosing between MCP, API or CLI and agent-to-agent connections, authentication and authorisation gaps, and the accuracy-latency trade-offs that appear at scale. Evaluation and optimisation follow, with metrics, evaluation datasets, A/B testing and diagnosis of prompt failures, hallucinations and model mismatch, and the course continues through governance, safety and risk management and the remaining exam domains. Dr. Ang teaches through design reviews rather than slides alone: learners work through realistic scenarios, sketch architectures, defend model and integration choices and critique each other's designs in the way a senior architect would. Examples come directly from production trade-offs, such as when an agentic pattern is worth its extra cost and how guardrails and human approval steps reduce risk. Regular practice questions in the exam's style reinforce each domain. Learners leave ready for the exam and better equipped to lead Claude projects at work. Dr. Ang also discusses observability and cost monitoring in production, showing how token usage, latency and failure rates should feed back into architecture decisions over time.
