What's This Course About

Generative AI for Content Creation shows you how to plan, produce and manage high-quality content with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and AI image generators, guided by a clear content strategy. AI can help you brainstorm ideas, draft articles and social posts, create visuals and repurpose content across channels, but quality, accuracy and brand consistency still depend on human judgement. The course is designed for marketers, communications professionals, content writers, business owners and creators.

You will start with an introduction to content strategy and AI generation, defining goals, audiences, channels and brand voice, and learning how to brief generative AI tools to produce on-strategy blog posts, newsletters, social media content, scripts and images. You will build prompt templates and workflows that make content production faster and more consistent. Next you will evaluate AI-generated content, checking it for accuracy, originality, tone, readability and alignment with your objectives, and editing it into publish-ready work.

The final topic covers the ethical and legal concerns of managing AI-generated content, including copyright and intellectual property, disclosure, bias, misinformation and data privacy, and how to set guidelines and review processes for your team. Throughout the course you will work on hands-on exercises using your own brand or a sample business. By the end, you will be able to use generative AI to create compelling content efficiently while managing quality and risk responsibly.

Dr. Muhammed Siraj is a cybersecurity specialist and academic with 15 years of experience, serving as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Informatics and Director of Graduate and Continuous Education at Academic City University in Accra. He holds a PhD in Security in Computing from Universiti Putra Malaysia, where his research focused on blockchain security, an MSc in Information and Communication Technology from Aalborg University in Denmark, and a degree from the University of Ghana. He is a licensed independent assessor with Ghana's Cyber Security Authority, holds leadership roles in national cybersecurity and privacy professional bodies, and is certified as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) and Certified Data Protection Supervisor (CDPS). Before joining Academic City, he served as Acting Director of ICT and Data Protection Supervisor at Wisconsin International University College. His expertise spans penetration testing, digital forensics, incident response, malware analysis, cryptography, cloud and IoT security, zero trust architecture, cyber threat intelligence, data protection, and governance, risk and compliance.

Dr. Siraj's research interests cover blockchain, cybersecurity, distributed computing, consensus protocols and machine learning, with published work on blockchain consensus security, smart-contract privacy preservation for sensitive records in the cloud, and new consensus mechanisms. This background gives him a distinctive perspective on artificial intelligence: as organisations adopt AI tools, agents and data-driven automation, he helps learners understand how to protect the data these systems depend on, recognise new attack surfaces, and put sound governance, privacy and access controls in place so that AI can be used safely and responsibly. In the classroom he connects technical practice with regulation, privacy and human factors, drawing on real-world security and data-protection cases to show how concepts apply in professional settings, and his experiential, hands-on teaching style has made him a trusted trainer for students and working professionals alike.

Claude is part of the daily toolkit for Dr. Alfred Ang, a full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect who serves as CTO of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd in Singapore, the training organisation behind Tertiary Courses. Alongside corporate training, Dr. Ang builds intelligent agents and business systems end-to-end, covering front end, back end, databases, cloud deployment and native mobile apps, and has published more than 300 public repositories on GitHub. A substantial share of those projects are built on Claude. Two AI-powered content management systems on Next.js use the Claude Agent SDK for content generation, a weekly auto-blog scheduler and a self-improving chatbot, one of them authenticated through a subscription rather than metered API calls. Streamlit applications built with the Claude Agent SDK and Claude Code generate complete training documents and course proposals from structured inputs, replacing hours of manual drafting. A tutor marketplace uses a ten-minute Claude AI interview as part of verifying each tutor before listing. Dr. Ang has also published collections of Claude Code skills, installable with a single command, that start any app, generate README files, push images to Docker Hub, draft LinkedIn posts, scan for leaked secrets and test mobile responsiveness, plus skill sets that produce slides, learner guides and lesson plans in a consistent house style. Working this way means dealing constantly with the realities the certification examines: tool use, context limits, session hygiene, configuration that drifts, and agents that need deterministic guardrails around them.

This preparation course is organised around the official exam domains and draws on that hands-on experience at every turn. In agents and workflows, learners decide when a workflow is better than an agent, construct Claude agents with the Claude Agent SDK, custom agent loops and hooks for deterministic actions, choose between self-hosted and Anthropic-hosted deployment, and apply patterns such as tool-use loops, sub-agents, memory and context-window management, with frameworks including Strands, LangGraph and PydanticAI. The applications and integration domain, the largest by weighting, covers translating business requirements into functional and infrastructure requirements, Claude API mechanics such as messages, tools, streaming, vision, extended thinking, prompt caching and the batch API, software engineering foundations, designing across Claude Code, Desktop, claude.ai and the SDKs, and managing configuration through CLAUDE.md files, settings.json, model version pinning, prompt versioning and plugin dependencies. The Claude Code domain covers rules, skills, commands, agents and agent memory, slash commands, headless and streaming modes, and the CLAUDE.md hierarchy, followed by evaluation, testing and debugging. Dr. Ang explains each objective, then demonstrates it live in a real project, so exam concepts are anchored to working code. Practice questions are discussed in depth, with the reasoning behind wrong options made explicit, and learners are shown how to turn each weak area into a short, focused hands-on exercise. Learners leave better prepared for the exam and more effective with Claude in their own work.
