Dr. Muhammed Siraj is a cybersecurity specialist and academic with 15 years of experience, serving as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Informatics and Director of Graduate and Continuous Education at Academic City University in Accra. He holds a PhD in Security in Computing from Universiti Putra Malaysia, where his research focused on blockchain security, an MSc in Information and Communication Technology from Aalborg University in Denmark, and a degree from the University of Ghana. He is a licensed independent assessor with Ghana's Cyber Security Authority, holds leadership roles in national cybersecurity and privacy professional bodies, and is certified as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) and Certified Data Protection Supervisor (CDPS). Before joining Academic City, he served as Acting Director of ICT and Data Protection Supervisor at Wisconsin International University College. His expertise spans penetration testing, digital forensics, incident response, malware analysis, cryptography, cloud and IoT security, zero trust architecture, cyber threat intelligence, data protection, and governance, risk and compliance.
Dr. Siraj's research interests cover blockchain, cybersecurity, distributed computing, consensus protocols and machine learning, with published work on blockchain consensus security, smart-contract privacy preservation for sensitive records in the cloud, and new consensus mechanisms. This background gives him a distinctive perspective on artificial intelligence: as organisations adopt AI tools, agents and data-driven automation, he helps learners understand how to protect the data these systems depend on, recognise new attack surfaces, and put sound governance, privacy and access controls in place so that AI can be used safely and responsibly. In the classroom he connects technical practice with regulation, privacy and human factors, drawing on real-world security and data-protection cases to show how concepts apply in professional settings, and his experiential, hands-on teaching style has made him a trusted trainer for students and working professionals alike.
Claude is the engine behind a large share of what Dr. Alfred Ang builds. As a full-stack AI developer, Agentic AI solution architect and CTO of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd in Singapore, Dr. Ang designs intelligent agents and production systems end-to-end, spanning front end, back end, databases, cloud deployment and native mobile apps, and documents that work in more than 300 public repositories on GitHub. The ai-cms and ai-pei projects are self-hosted, AI-powered content management systems built on Next.js and the Claude Agent SDK, with AI content generation, a weekly auto-blog scheduler and a self-improving lead-generation chatbot. The tapcard platform, a digital business card with a built-in CRM, also runs on the Claude Agent SDK, and sgtutors uses a ten-minute Claude AI interview to screen tutors on a marketplace. Dr. Ang has built a courseware generation platform on the Claude Agent SDK and Streamlit, and a course proposal preparation app powered by Claude Code. Two public collections of Claude Code skills package repeatable workflows, such as starting apps, generating READMEs, pushing images and scanning for secrets, into tools that agents can call reliably. Day-to-day development of the ai-mms course-registration system behind the Tertiary Courses sites is itself driven through Claude Code with project configuration, memory and guardrails, which gives Dr. Ang direct experience of designing context, tools and checks that hold up over long sessions. That daily practice gives Dr. Ang concrete stories for nearly every design trade-off the certification examines.
The Claude Certified Architect - Foundations Certification course prepares learners for the CCAR-F exam by connecting each domain to real design decisions. In agentic architecture and orchestration, Dr. Ang compares single-agent and multi-agent patterns, explains when to use subagents and how to hand work between them, and discusses the trade-offs between autonomy and control. The tool design and MCP integration topic covers writing clear tool descriptions, shaping inputs and outputs, and connecting external systems through the Model Context Protocol, illustrated with tools Dr. Ang has actually wired into agents. Claude Code configuration and workflows looks at project instructions, skills, hooks, permissions and how to keep a coding agent productive and safe. Prompt engineering and structured output focuses on reliable instructions, examples and schema-constrained responses that downstream code can trust. The final topic, context management and reliability, deals with long conversations, memory, retrieval, error handling and evaluation, the issues that decide whether an agent survives contact with real users. Each topic is reinforced with scenario questions in the style of the exam, followed by discussion of why the best answer is best. Developers, solution architects and technical leads will find the pace demanding but practical. To study the Claude Agent SDK applications and Claude Code skills referenced throughout, learners can explore Dr. Study tips and a review of the official exam guide help learners plan the remaining preparation time effectively after the course.
