A Distinguished Toastmaster who has won many public speaking awards, he makes statistical tools and the DMAIC roadmap easy to follow.
In the Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course, Dr. Ang prepares learners to contribute to improvement projects as active team members. The Define phase covers the voice of the customer, project charters, SIPOC and process maps; the Measure phase covers data collection, basic statistics and process performance; and the Control phase covers control plans, standard work and sustaining the gains. As a Black Belt he uses practical case studies to show how these tools reduce defects and rework, so learners can collect useful data and help their team deliver lasting improvements.
