Job Assessment and Redesign for AI Adoption shows leaders, HR professionals and managers how to get real value from artificial intelligence by redesigning work rather than simply adding tools to existing jobs. Real gains come from assessing work at the task level and deciding deliberately which tasks AI should automate, which it should augment and which must stay with people. The course is designed for HR and organisation development professionals, department heads, transformation leads and managers responsible for workforce planning.

You will start by assessing jobs for AI adoption, breaking roles down into tasks, evaluating each task for AI suitability based on its nature, risk and value, and identifying where generative AI and AI agents can save time or improve quality. You will use practical frameworks and templates to map current work, skills and pain points, and to estimate the potential impact of AI on each role. You will also consider the data, tools and controls needed for safe adoption.

The second topic covers redesigning work and allocating gains, creating new task allocations and job designs, defining new skills and training needs, and deciding how freed capacity will be reinvested in higher-value work, service improvement or growth. You will also address change management, employee engagement, fairness and communication so people embrace rather than fear the change. Hands-on exercises use roles from your own organisation. By the end, you will be able to lead a structured job assessment and redesign that turns AI adoption into measurable results.
