What's This Course About

ChatGPT WORK for Digital Marketing turns ChatGPT Work into a practical digital marketing assistant. This hands-on course shows marketers, business owners and content creators how to delegate real campaign work to ChatGPT Work, from a source-checked campaign brief to finished flyers, social content and an email sequence, while keeping every fact accurate and every asset on brand. Instead of starting from a blank page for each channel, you will learn to build one trusted brief and turn it into consistent content across print, social and email.

Throughout the course, you will run one complete campaign for a fictional baking school. You will build a grounded campaign brief and a reusable marketing workflow, then design editable flyers and adapt them into print and social formats. Next, you will write a social article, repurpose it into platform-ready posts and plan a content calendar with a clear editorial review gate. Finally, you will prepare a segmented email sequence, interpret campaign metrics and package everything into a clean handoff that another marketer can review and use.

Each topic is backed by guided labs, so you leave with a working method, not just a set of prompts. You will learn how to check AI output against your sources, preserve brand voice and visual identity, catch errors before anything is published and organise your files for team review. No coding or design background is needed, and the skills transfer directly to your own products, services and campaigns. By the end of the course, you will be able to plan, create and review a multi-channel marketing campaign faster and with more confidence using ChatGPT Work.

Dr. Muhammed Siraj is a cybersecurity specialist and academic with 15 years of experience, serving as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Informatics and Director of Graduate and Continuous Education at Academic City University in Accra. He holds a PhD in Security in Computing from Universiti Putra Malaysia, where his research focused on blockchain security, an MSc in Information and Communication Technology from Aalborg University in Denmark, and a degree from the University of Ghana. He is a licensed independent assessor with Ghana's Cyber Security Authority, holds leadership roles in national cybersecurity and privacy professional bodies, and is certified as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) and Certified Data Protection Supervisor (CDPS). Before joining Academic City, he served as Acting Director of ICT and Data Protection Supervisor at Wisconsin International University College. His expertise spans penetration testing, digital forensics, incident response, malware analysis, cryptography, cloud and IoT security, zero trust architecture, cyber threat intelligence, data protection, and governance, risk and compliance.

Dr. Siraj's research interests cover blockchain, cybersecurity, distributed computing, consensus protocols and machine learning, with published work on blockchain consensus security, smart-contract privacy preservation for sensitive records in the cloud, and new consensus mechanisms. This background gives him a distinctive perspective on artificial intelligence: as organisations adopt AI tools, agents and data-driven automation, he helps learners understand how to protect the data these systems depend on, recognise new attack surfaces, and put sound governance, privacy and access controls in place so that AI can be used safely and responsibly. In the classroom he connects technical practice with regulation, privacy and human factors, drawing on real-world security and data-protection cases to show how concepts apply in professional settings, and his experiential, hands-on teaching style has made him a trusted trainer for students and working professionals alike.

Agentic coding, where an AI plans, writes, runs and fixes code under human direction, is how Dr. Alfred Ang builds software every day. Dr. Ang is a full-stack AI developer, Agentic AI solution architect and corporate trainer, and serves as Chief Technology Officer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd in Singapore, the training organisation behind Tertiary Courses. The scale of that practice is visible in more than 300 public repositories on GitHub, spanning web platforms, AI agents and native mobile apps. Highlights include the course-registration and learning management platform that runs the Tertiary Courses websites in Singapore, Malaysia and Ghana, a self-hosted AI learning and training management system, a full-stack certification practice-exam platform, and dozens of native iOS and Android apps published on the App Store and Google Play. Dr. Ang has also set up continuous delivery pipelines that build, sign and submit iOS apps automatically on every push, and deploys web applications in containers that rebuild whenever code changes. A public collection of Claude Code skills automates routine developer tasks, from detecting and starting any app to generating READMEs, scanning for leaked secrets and testing mobile responsiveness. Smaller teaching projects, such as a dependency-free course catalogue with an AI-assisted course adviser, show the same workflow applied to quick demos. Working end to end across front end, back end, databases, cloud deployment and mobile, Dr. Ang has learned where agentic tools shine and where careful review remains essential.

AI Vibe Coding with Codex passes on that hard-won judgement. Dr. Ang introduces vibe coding and OpenAI Codex, then helps learners set up the Codex CLI and their environment before delegating a first coding task. Effective prompting and guardrails come early, because the quality of an agent's work depends on how clearly the task, constraints and expectations are described. The second topic builds applications with Codex: generating code, files and project scaffolding, building front-end, back-end and data layers, connecting to tools, repositories and APIs, and using Codex to explain and navigate unfamiliar codebases. The third topic covers testing, debugging and refactoring, with learners asking Codex to generate and run tests, diagnose and fix issues, improve code quality and, crucially, help review, secure and validate the code it produced. The final topic is about automation and shipping: delegating repetitive coding tasks and workflows, integrating Codex into development and CI/CD, building and deploying a finished application, and adopting best practices for agentic coding at scale. Dr. Ang shares practical habits from daily agentic development, such as breaking work into small, testable steps, reading every change before accepting it and keeping secrets out of the agent's reach. Teaching is project-based, so each learner builds and deploys a working application over the course and finishes with a personal workflow for directing an AI pair programmer confidently.
