A Distinguished Toastmaster who has won many public speaking awards, he explains structured methods in a clear, engaging way and keeps every session practical.
In this course, Dr. Ang shows how Microsoft's planning tools carry sound project management practice. Learners set up a project, create tasks and a work breakdown structure, define task relationships and advanced task information, create and assign resources, level workloads, review and finalise the schedule, then track and update progress and communicate project information to stakeholders. As a PMP-certified project manager he explains why each step matters, not just which button to press, so learners leave able to build and maintain realistic schedules for their own projects.
