Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer Training prepares you for the Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification, which validates your ability to design, build, deploy and operate machine learning solutions on Google Cloud. Certified ML engineers bring models from experimentation into reliable production systems, using Vertex AI and Google Cloud's data and AI services. The course is designed for data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers and developers with some machine learning and Python experience.

You will start with Google Cloud big data and machine learning fundamentals, exploring BigQuery, Dataflow, Vertex AI and the ML lifecycle on Google Cloud. Next you will learn how Google approaches machine learning, from framing business problems as ML problems to managing ML projects and responsible AI. You will then launch into machine learning, covering data exploration, model types, training, evaluation and generalisation, followed by TensorFlow on Google Cloud, building and training models with TensorFlow and Keras.

The course continues with feature engineering, including feature selection, transformation and Vertex AI Feature Store, and machine learning in the enterprise, covering MLOps, pipelines, model deployment, monitoring and retraining at scale, as well as generative AI capabilities in Vertex AI. Each topic is mapped to the exam guide and reinforced with practice questions and scenarios. By the end, you will be able to architect production ML solutions on Google Cloud and be well prepared for the certification exam.
