Dr. Muhammed Siraj is a cybersecurity specialist and academic with 15 years of experience, serving as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Informatics and Director of Graduate and Continuous Education at Academic City University in Accra. He holds a PhD in Security in Computing from Universiti Putra Malaysia, where his research focused on blockchain security, an MSc in Information and Communication Technology from Aalborg University in Denmark, and a degree from the University of Ghana. He is a licensed independent assessor with Ghana's Cyber Security Authority, holds leadership roles in national cybersecurity and privacy professional bodies, and is certified as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) and Certified Data Protection Supervisor (CDPS). Before joining Academic City, he served as Acting Director of ICT and Data Protection Supervisor at Wisconsin International University College. His expertise spans penetration testing, digital forensics, incident response, malware analysis, cryptography, cloud and IoT security, zero trust architecture, cyber threat intelligence, data protection, and governance, risk and compliance.
Dr. Siraj's research interests cover blockchain, cybersecurity, distributed computing, consensus protocols and machine learning, with published work on blockchain consensus security, smart-contract privacy preservation for sensitive records in the cloud, and new consensus mechanisms. This background gives him a distinctive perspective on artificial intelligence: as organisations adopt AI tools, agents and data-driven automation, he helps learners understand how to protect the data these systems depend on, recognise new attack surfaces, and put sound governance, privacy and access controls in place so that AI can be used safely and responsibly. In the classroom he connects technical practice with regulation, privacy and human factors, drawing on real-world security and data-protection cases to show how concepts apply in professional settings, and his experiential, hands-on teaching style has made him a trusted trainer for students and working professionals alike.
Autonomous agents are the core of Dr. Alfred Ang's daily work as a full-stack AI developer and Agentic AI solution architect. As CTO of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd in Singapore, the training organisation behind Tertiary Courses, Dr. Ang builds intelligent agents and the systems around them end-to-end, from front-end interfaces and back-end services to databases, cloud deployment and native mobile apps. More than 300 public repositories on GitHub show agents doing real jobs. In the hermes-video-pipeline project, a request submitted through a web form triggers an agent that produces a YouTube video for Tertiary Courses. The n8n-financeadvisor project pairs a stock analysis dashboard with a Telegram AI agent that answers market questions, while n8n-inventorycontrol runs an inventory audit and forecasting agent on a local language model through Ollama, keeping sensitive data on premises. Dr. Ang has also built an ERP prototype that routes purchase orders through human-in-the-loop approvals by email, Asana and Telegram, and a self-hosted AI-LMS-TMS platform that uses AI agent automation for routine training administration. A collection of Claude Code skills packages repeatable agent behaviour, such as starting apps, writing READMEs and scanning for secrets, into reusable building blocks. These projects give Dr. Ang a grounded view of what agents handle well, where they stumble and which guardrails make them safe to trust with real tasks. That practical track record lets Dr. Ang talk candidly about the gap between impressive agent demos and dependable everyday operation.
AI Agent with Openclaw puts that experience to work on the OpenClaw platform. The first topic explores OpenClaw and the wider autonomous AI agent landscape, explaining how an agent differs from a chatbot, how roles, tools and memory fit together, and where OpenClaw sits among other agent frameworks. In the second topic, learners evaluate OpenClaw applications and business opportunities, mapping candidate tasks in their own organisation against criteria such as value, data access, risk and how easily results can be checked. The third topic turns to designing OpenClaw agent workflows and managing implementation risks: participants configure an agent with a defined role, connect it to tools, test its behaviour and add approval steps, limits and logging so that mistakes are caught early. Dr. Ang brings examples from the agents described above, including what happened when an agent lacked a guardrail and how a human-in-the-loop checkpoint fixed it. The class is practical and paced for professionals rather than programmers, mixing short explanations with guided build exercises and open discussion of use cases from the room. By the end, participants should be able to judge whether a task suits an autonomous agent and set one up responsibly. Learners who want to study the agent projects referred to in class are invited to explore Dr. Real business examples, from enquiry handling to report preparation, are used to keep each design decision anchored in measurable value.
