Dr. Muhammed Siraj is a cybersecurity specialist and academic with 15 years of experience, serving as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Informatics and Director of Graduate and Continuous Education at Academic City University in Accra. He holds a PhD in Security in Computing from Universiti Putra Malaysia, where his research focused on blockchain security, an MSc in Information and Communication Technology from Aalborg University in Denmark, and a degree from the University of Ghana. He is a licensed independent assessor with Ghana's Cyber Security Authority, holds leadership roles in national cybersecurity and privacy professional bodies, and is certified as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) and Certified Data Protection Supervisor (CDPS). Before joining Academic City, he served as Acting Director of ICT and Data Protection Supervisor at Wisconsin International University College. His expertise spans penetration testing, digital forensics, incident response, malware analysis, cryptography, cloud and IoT security, zero trust architecture, cyber threat intelligence, data protection, and governance, risk and compliance.
Dr. Siraj's research interests cover blockchain, cybersecurity, distributed computing, consensus protocols and machine learning, with published work on blockchain consensus security, smart-contract privacy preservation for sensitive records in the cloud, and new consensus mechanisms. This background gives him a distinctive perspective on artificial intelligence: as organisations adopt AI tools, agents and data-driven automation, he helps learners understand how to protect the data these systems depend on, recognise new attack surfaces, and put sound governance, privacy and access controls in place so that AI can be used safely and responsibly. In the classroom he connects technical practice with regulation, privacy and human factors, drawing on real-world security and data-protection cases to show how concepts apply in professional settings, and his experiential, hands-on teaching style has made him a trusted trainer for students and working professionals alike.
Building complete web applications with AI coding assistants is how Dr. Alfred Ang works every day. A full-stack AI developer, Agentic AI solution architect and corporate trainer, Dr. Ang is Chief Technology Officer of Tertiary Infotech Academy Pte Ltd, the Singapore training organisation behind Tertiary Courses, and handles every layer of a product: front end, back end, database, cloud deployment and native mobile apps. The portfolio of more than 300 public repositories on GitHub reads like a catalogue of full-stack builds. Dr. Ang developed an HR and accounting platform in Next.js with role-based access, leave accrual, attendance tracking and payroll; a fitness platform with a React, TypeScript and Tailwind client backed by an Express, Prisma and PostgreSQL API; a marketplace for local tour guides built with React, Vite, Express and PostgreSQL; and a tutors marketplace that includes a ten-minute Claude AI interview for applicants. A digital business card platform adds a built-in CRM with a Kanban sales pipeline, and an ERP prototype on Next.js and Postgres routes purchase orders through human-in-the-loop approvals. On the lighter side, there are dozens of single-file tools written in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, from Kanban boards and live polling apps to a whiteboard with snapping connectors. Dr. Ang also maintains Claude Code skills that automate repetitive development tasks such as starting apps, generating READMEs and scanning for secrets before a push, so the AI-assisted workflow stays fast and safe.
AI Vibe Coding for Full Stack Web Development is built around the same workflow Dr. Ang uses to ship those applications. Learners begin by designing a full-stack web application with AI: describing the idea in plain English, asking an assistant such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to propose an architecture, and reviewing that plan critically before any code is written. Next, they build dynamic and responsive user interfaces, then add interactive controls and application features such as search, filters, modals and state management. The fourth topic introduces reusable components and full-stack architecture, connecting the front end to an API and a database so the app stores and retrieves real data. The final topic covers forms, validation, data management and producing documentation, including a proper README, so the project remains maintainable. Dr. Ang's key message is that vibe coding still demands engineering judgement: read the generated code, test it, ask the assistant to explain anything unclear, and commit in small steps so mistakes are easy to undo. Live demonstrations show real prompts, real errors and how to recover from them, the same way Dr. Ang handles problems on production projects. Learners work on their own application throughout the course and leave with a working full-stack app, a clear development process and the confidence to keep building. Learners also practise deploying the finished app so it is reachable on the web. For examples of complete applications built this way, browse Dr. Ang's repositories at https://github.com/alfredang
