Transform human resources with AI in this hands-on 1-day AI for HR course. You will learn how AI - and in particular agentic AI - is reshaping recruitment, onboarding, employee support and HR operations, using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and agentic AI platforms. Starting from practical prompting for everyday HR tasks, the course quickly moves into building AI agents that carry out multi-step HR work on your behalf while keeping the human touch.

Through practical exercises, participants will build AI agents that screen candidates, draft job descriptions and communications, answer employee questions, and automate onboarding and HR workflows end to end. The course also covers governance, fairness and human oversight so your AI adoption stays responsible. By the end of the course, you will be able to apply AI across the HR function and design and deploy agentic AI workflows that make HR faster, fairer and more responsive.
